So why do some folks call it Chicken Stock? Well the difference between pressure cooker chicken stock, and pressure cooker chicken broth, is that chicken stock is usually made with more bones. But since we are using a lot of bones and a lot of chicken meat for our homemade chicken stock, I guess we will have to call it, pressure cooker chicken stock broth. Whatever you call it, we are making it in an electric pressure cooker. Specifically, we are going to make instant pot chicken broth today. If you don’t yet have an electric pressure cooker, you should get one. We recommend the instant pot, because it has a durable stainless steel pot. For our homemade chicken stock recipe, we will be using leftover chicken bones, some fresh chicken wings, and some frozen chicken.
